Kim started at first base and went 1-for-5 against the Angels at Petco Park in San Diego, California, on Thursday (April 4). The hit extended his hitting streak to three games. Ohtani batted third, going 2-for-2 with a walk and a hit-by-pitch.

In the first inning, Ohtani drew a walk off San Diego starter Blake Snell with runners on first and second. However, Anthony Rendon followed up with a single to center field.먹튀검증

In the bottom of the first, Kim led off with a walk and took a four-pitch 86.2 mph (138.7 km/h) slider from Angels starter Jaime Varia. The pitch cleared the third-base line for a single. With one out, Kim was caught stealing second on Juan Soto’s grounder to the second baseman. Manny Machado followed with a single and Xander Bogaerts hit a three-run homer to give San Diego a 3-0 lead.

Ohtani hit a 97.4-mph (156.8 km/h) fastball from Snell with one out in the top of the third inning, but it was caught by shortstop Bogaerts. Bogaerts tossed the ball to second baseman Ha-Sung Kim to get the lead runner, who promptly threw to first base for the out, but it didn’t count.

In the bottom of the third, Kim led off with a walk and took a five-pitch 87.5 mph (140.8 km/h) slider from Barria, but it was caught in the infield. Ohtani drew another walk against Snell with one out in the top of the fourth. This time, however, it didn’t lead to a run.

In the bottom of the fifth, Kim swung at a four-seam 87.6-mph (141.0-kilometer) slider from Barria, but struck out swinging.

Ohtani faced reliever Tom Cosgrove with runners on first and third in the top of the sixth inning with the Angels trailing 4-2, but swung at a three-seam 75.2 mph (121.0 km/h) slider and missed.

In his fourth at-bat with the bases loaded in the bottom of the seventh inning with San Diego leading 6-3, Kim swung wildly at an 85.2 mph (137.1 km/h) slider from reliever Tucker Davidson and struck out. Ohtani also hit a four-pitch 81.8 mph (131.6 km/h) changeup from Nick Martinez in his fourth at-bat in the top of the eighth, but was caught at second base.

In the bottom of the eighth, Kim saw a seven-pitch 96.9 mph (155.9 km/h) sinker from reliever Sam Bachman with runners on first and second, but struck out. The ball, which was slightly outside, was ruled a strike, and Kim protested to the umpire, but it was not honored.

San Diego exploded at the plate and went on to win 10-3. The Dodgers bats exploded for 12 hits and one home run. Bogaerts led the way with three hits, including his ninth home run of the season. Fernando Tatis Jr. also had three hits and three RBIs.
