Outfielder Lou Flow signs one-year deal with Atlanta

Outfielder Jordan Louflow (29) found a new team.

The Atlanta Braves announced on the 20th (Korean time) that they had agreed to a one-year, $1.4 million (approximately 1.8 billion won) contract with Ruflow.

With a service time record of 4 years and 108 days, Lou Flow was released non-tender by the Arizona Diamondbacks. Atlanta could exercise ownership through 2024안전놀이터

‘MLB.com’ reported that the Braves pushed for a trade with Luflow last summer, but Arizona refused and the transfer was canceled. After the season, he was recruited as he wanted.

Louflow played 322 games over six seasons in the major leagues, recording a batting average of 0.213, an on-base percentage of 0.313, and a slugging percentage of 0.432. He can play all outfield positions and first base. As a right-handed hitter, he has better performance against lefties (0.226/0.841) than righties (0.200 OPS, 0.643 batting average).

He was also recognized for his ability on defense. MLB.com introduced that his arm strength was 96% in the major leagues, and he showed a wide range of defense in the corner outfield.

The media predicted that he will compete for the starting left fielder position next season, and even if he does not occupy the starting position, he will serve as a platoon partner for left-handed hitter Eddie Rosario or as a backup outfielder.
