The Korea Ice Skating Federation (온라인바카라Chairman Yoon Hong-geun) held the 37th National Men’s and Women’s Short Track Speed Skating Championships in Uijeongbu for four days from March 30 (Thu) to April 2 (Sun). It was announced that it would be held at an indoor ice rink.
The 37th National Men’s and Women’s Comprehensive Short Track Speed Skating Competition will be held in three events: men’s and women’s 500m, 1,000m, and 1,500m.
Elementary and middle school matches will be held on the 1st and 2nd day of the competition, and high school, college and general division matches will be held on the 3rd and last day of the competition.
About 230 students and business team players are expected to participate in this competition.
The national short track speed skating competition held last season was run without spectators due to the spread of corona infection, but this competition plans to allow spectators to enter due to the easing of the corona situation and government policy.
In addition, the federation plans to provide real-time live broadcasting service through the Korea Skating Federation’s official YouTube channel for short track fans who cannot find the site.
